peak of the mountain powder is gone in the new update

So I got banned for 30 days in the first of september, meanhile the new update came and when I checked my HOTM I had a significant amount of powder gone. the reason I think this happened is because my peak of the moutain got reset too but somehow I didnt get the refunded powder I should have gotten.
did it happen to anyone else and you know how to solve it?
