There are too many streakers at mid and they are too powerful, and streak too often. I think this fix will be cool:

When activating a megastreak, gain 1 debuff point when you die, per 50 killstreak you had. A debuff point lasts 15 minutes before expires, and stacks with other streaks.

A debuff point decreases your damage dealt by 1% and increases the damage you take by 1%, and only affects you if your killstreak is above 20.
