The Idea
So the idea here isn't a very complex one it's just the idea that perks
should level up as you use them, this would allow the perks you buy with coins to not become forgotten after you unlock angles descent. Most skywars players that are over 12 stars take all the perks you get from coins for granted and basically forget that there was a point that they did not have them and that they weren't maxed.
