Permanent discontinuation of Countries SMP on Hypixel

After a bunch of debates on how to handle our community and making plans on the next season, it was decided that there will be no more Countries SMP seasons hosted on Hypixel.

This means everyone in the queue for S5 may also forget about it, as the SMP has been completely abandoned, and we're moving elsewhere.
