Personal Compactors needs to be able to compact from sacks directly

When you mine Hardstone or the new Pure Redstone/Lapis, a Personal Compactor simply can't keep up with the items, and your inventory fills with items, leaving plenty on the ground. We need a Compactor that is able to compact directly from the sacks to prevent this.
