First,

Lets make pests scale with your farming level

example: Farming level 10 = 300 health pests, level 60 = 1800 health pests
So farming level * 30 = pest health, higher health pests drop more loot than normal, but lesser health pests drop less loot.

Also, lock pesterminator enchant behind farming 30, but make it an ultimate enchant, and rework it entirely

Pesterminator VI (ultimate enchant rework):
Gain 2 pest chance with every 1 garden level
Gain 2 farming fortune for every 1 garden...
