PhpBB3 migration to Xenforo (same host)

I need to migrate PhpBB3 to Xenforo (at same host). Can i install Xenforo @same location with phpbb (\public_html\forum) and import from there? Should i delete all Phpbb files before? Do i need \files or something else?
