I do know that hypixel switched to other server software after the -Redacted- back when it happened, but since then I've had issues with my ping. What I mean by that is that my ping randomly jumps to 100+ms and stays there until it goes away by itself (random time amount for it to go away) or I connect to one of my forced ips to hypixel defined in a local DNS server I have.
