Plugin not working on server running Magma

Hi! I have an Aternos server that is running Magma, I have quite a few mods, and this plugin. Whenever I do /chatcolor (or any subcommand) it says something like /chatcolor (user) (color) (modifiers). (its telling me how to use the base command) I know I'm doing the commands correctly, is there anyway to fix it?

td;dr: is there a way to fix plugins that aren't working correctly on a server running Magma. (It's this plugin)
