Plugin recommendation for tunnel boring and veinmining?

Does anybody have a plugin recommendation for tunnel boring? Something like the forge mod FTB Ultimine where you can create mineshafts and mine like a 4x4 area in front of you, similar to vein mining. Looking for it because my server members are asking for it. I'm running Paper.
