possible to add a widget to middle of every page?

As the title says, just wondering if there is any way to do this or any add-on that might add more positions? I'd like an html widget in the middle of every page for some ad usage. I have sirup ads manager and it doesn't quite have the right position either. Cheers

if easier how about after every 10th place in forum list and thread view?
