Question about Dungeon Chest Rerolling

I was wondering, what would happen if you have a specific item selected for your rng meter and you do a bunch of dungeons runs, say f7 for example, and you don't open any chests, and instead used croesus to reroll chests. If you were to start at 0 rng and go up to 100k or something, and then reroll a chest for the very first run, would you get drop rates like you would have with 0 or 100k on the rng meter?
