Question about enchant glint

As far as I know applying a rune to dungeonized items or the depth strider enchantment on boots causes glint. However goldor boots in the image even though it has both a rune and depth strider why is there no glint? Does anyone know the reason? And is there a way to remove this glint from the chestplate as well?
