Question about my cape

I got banned a while back, I thought it was because somebody stole my account somehow but I'm wondering if it's because of my optifine cape. I don't think it's anything racist or sexual but I figured I'd ask just to make sure so I don't get rebanned in I think May. It's supposed to be like a burning rabbit, so it's like a black rabbit over a red and orange background. Is that anything to worry about or did someone really just steal my account?
