Questions on Upgrading gear + damage (as Ironman)

I'm an iron man player mostly focusing on 3 things right now
1. I want to kill T2 Eman but I lack dmg on my katana, and I don't know what my final destiny armor needs to help me survive longer
2. I want to kill Ashfang so I can work on Kuudra a bit to get more stuff in crimson isle going gear wise
