queue dodging still possible at all ?

since the update in august where you cant see names in pre game anymore, is it still possible at all to dodge good players ? like even tho you cant see their names , do any overlays still show the stats of people in pre game etc. like is there anything you can do at all, or is it literally not possible anymore cus the game is just boring always getting cross mapped by a team of 6000 stars combined
