#revert woolwars tiered achievement reqs

the wool wars tiered achievements got nerfed into the ground they already weren't the most challenging but now they are pathetic.
the wins and kills achievements went from 2500 wins and 10000 kills to 250 wins and 1000 kills.
its quite doable to get them on a fresh account in under a week which is unacceptable in my opinion. (I played quite a lot yesterday and got about 400 kills and 67 wins in 1 day and I wasn't even #1 on the daily leaderboards so its definitely doable)
