Rework Werewolf

The current design of werewolf is that it becomes increasingly stronger the more unique enemies you can attack. This game design makes the class one of the worst for legitimate players and lethal weapon for cheaters.

The current ability is :

I suggest increasing the max damage of the burst but instead make the damage scale linearly with your missing health :

- if your own health is below or equal to 10HP your burst does 6 damage
