Robotron parts exchange system

There's a clear imbalance on the number of robotron parts of each type players are getting. For example, I myself have 15 electron transmitters and other parts in lower quantities, but have 1 FTX 3070s. To solve this an exchange system could be implemented in the form of an NPC in the Lost Precursor City in which you can trade in 1 part for another.
