Rollback networking changes

- Direct IPs (bypassing mc.hypixel.net local proxies) don't work anymore, so reducing your ping if you have a bad proxy provided by Hypixel is impossible now
- ICMP rtt to direct IPs also increased so like everything is slower
- The local proxies lowkey suck
