Scam Link?

So I was in a hub, then a random guy came up to me. This guy sent a link the moment I went to pv him (NEU) feature. The link was this: https://discord.gg/sFzbU9kf and I want to make sure this link was safe. Also, a good thing was that the link opened in an incognito window, so I also want to know if an incognito window stops it from doing an harm if it does harm at all.
