Scroll Breaks with Image added to Payment Link

All the time I've been using Resource Manager, I've had a payment link with a PayPal image added over it.



This stop the page scroll at the point shown above in the image.

This is what the code looks like:

I've had to remove the code and just have the URL with the unfurl to get the page to be able to scroll to the bottom again.
