should i switch to bers

i have juju shortbow
archer level 23 i think its not much
i've been leveling a legendary skeleton to like 80 or something

people keep saying i should switch to berserker and it would solve every problem i have ever
if i do what is a weapon i can afford (provided i sell juju and skeleton)
or maybe i should save for something i can not afford right now but will one day
also what pet should i use for bers if i do switch

i could also sell my sorrow armor which i only use for doing commissions...
