Okay, so, I think if these two enchantments got any major buffs, that might break balancing a bit, so basically, here's some changes that could be made to the Thunderlord/Thunderbolt enchantments.
1) Replace the damage formula. The damage would still be fairly low, but make it, you know, not completely useless.
2) Change the visual effect. A thunder effect is large and obnoxious, and because of how Minecraft works, blocks view of entities behind it. Instead, it could be replace by some kind...
