Spam check

[Seeker-Smith]

I'm have a spam problem but not in the typical sense. All my privileged users are having their posts that include attachments held for moderation.

My registered usergroup lowest level I have bypass spam check = yes

My premium usergroup the same thing bypass spam check = yes


None of my settings in registration or spam management should be causing this. Any suggestions on how to figure this out?
