Stats widget similar to the one included in the Media Gallery?

I recently posted about this here and was pretty sure that I just couldn't find it at that time.

Feel like I'm missing something but I can't find a stats widget in the Resource Manager like the Media Gallery has, it seems like it's not active here in the MG but here's a sample at the bottom of the sidebar in the MG:
