Synchronize users after migration to receive emails for watched content

Hi, some time ago, I did a migration from an unsupported cms. After almost 2 years everything seems to be working fine and all the contactors are correct and the data is synchronized with each other except one , which I cannot solve, that is, I can fix it manually, but it asks me a huge job.

Users who posted posts and discussions, prior to migration, do not receive any email alerts, when someone posts replies or interacts with their content, which technically should be watched for them...
