Talisman rework

so you know how the admins are reworking talismans? what if they didn't do that? rework the talisman rework so that it is like how talismans where before, because it is. in other words, just don't do anything to talismans the system is fine your just making it so early/midgame players have a hard time one shotting zealots. I know its mainly targeted towards late game players dealing millions of dmg but you're indirectly making it almost impossible for players that don't have every talisman...
