Talismans...

Hello, this is both a question, and an explanation. First of all, my question is: How should I optimize my talismans?
(I have Juju so attack speed, I want damage as well though) .
Currently I have 100% attack speed maybe a bit over, and I only do 40k damage a hit with Juju no soul eater. (In 3/4 necron tara helm, with yeti pet).
How should I optimize?
