completely disregard dungeons if you wanna discuss tara helmet since the crit damage piece bonus doesn't scale in dungeons

outside dungeons you do still need 1k strength for the 100 crit damage, but you don't need all that strength to outpace certain helmets in damage
iirc 5* necron helmet, factoring in ancient's extra strength on a higher rarity but no recoms/gems, is outclassed at 840 total strength
