taxes in skyblock

i believe skyblock needs a hierarchy system where the poor work for the rich.
how this would be implemented?
when poor players make money (selling stuff to ah/bz/npc) they are taxed a percentage and thay goes to the rich players after they have purchased a item called the "slave factory" for 1b at shens auction. followijg the purchase of this item they gain possession over 5 poor players at anytime when they are online and get 30% of the poor players profits. this is a VERY well thought out...
