Team contributions

Players can contribute their diamonds towards an upgrade if they don't have enough to buy it, reducing its cost for later.
This is to eliminate those awkward moments where you give diamonds to a teammate but they don't buy what you wanted them to, or the diamonds are taken by a different player than intended, who then spends them on something else.
Another common frustration this would fix is players buying something trash like maniac miner because they didn't have enough for the good...
