Template conditionals in custom field Wrapper display HTML

I am trying to setup two custom fields, one titled "Pronouns" and one titled "Custom Pronouns".


If a user selects "Custom" in the "Pronouns" field, and then has the "Custom Pronouns Field", I want to display his custom pronouns in the postbit.


Is there a way to use template conditionals in the Wrapper display HTML to accomplish this? Can you provide an example?
