Term isn't firing enough arrows

Title, not sure whats happening, when i hold down right click vs. normal clicking right click 6cps vs. 12 cps butterflying

i just realized my term fires like 3 arrows a second or smth when its supposed to fire 5. Comparing against other ppl i play with my cata level and stuff, my mini kill times are the same if not better so im not rly sure whats going on.
On the wiki it said terminator can fire up to 5 arrows a seconds. 99% sure this is with insane ping and like 100 cps.
