The 2 week Minecraft phase

We all know it. To most people, minecraft is a game that they get into for 2 weeks once or twice a year. That used to be me until about 3 months ago when I made that faithful world. I believe most people who go through the minecraft phases tend to do the same thing every play through (get full iron armor, make a bed, get to the nether, get full diamond armor, inslave villagers and beat the ender dragon) at least for me when I used to have these phases, i wouldn’t even make a house. It would just be a bed and a chest thats it. Most people who can only go through 2 weeks put all there effort into progression, but none into builds, projects, redstone contraptions and having fun. So if you are in a 2 week minecraft phase and want to prolong it or play on it forever, don’t focus on beating the game, just make a list of things you want to build and just build them, even if it look shitty (I GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET NOTICEABLY BETTER AT BUILDING OVER TIME). Most things that we call useless in Minecraft like copper and amethyst only have no PROGRESSIONAL PURPOSE!! But has a lot of purpose in building. I’m telling right now amethyst is a beautiful block in builds. Like take bees for example. I literally just made a bee farm in my world that is huge and took me hours to do, just for nothing useful to be given to me, but it was a sure lot of fun and I’m proud of how it turned out. Y’all have to understand that Minecraft isn’t a game to beat. It’s a game to create.

I’m telling you that if you just make a world and go wild and do whatever you want with it and build crazy stuff. It will come out beautiful in the end.
