Hi All

In the new posts list the phrase 'Threads below have not been updated since your last visit.' appears. I'm ok with it but I'd like to make it bolder and more easily seen. I looked in phrases and found it to edit but the description advised a template change rather than a phrase change for using html.
I've looked but I can't find the template that contains the ohrase.
Anyone know which template?
