Threads started by report to a forum do not automatically get watched by the OP

Normally when your preferences are set to Content Options: Automatically watch content you create… then as soon as the thread is created, the OP is watching the thread and of course notified of replies.

However this doesn't work when reports go to a forum and a thread is created by a user report, the reporter is not automatically set to watch, even though they are the thread starter.

You might think this doesn't matter because in a lot of cases admins would have set the report forum...
