Thumbnail when sharing

Hi everybody,

when sharing a thread or post on socialmedia (facebook, twitter , Linkedin et.al.) there is shown a preview picture (thumnail) on said platforms. Is it possible to define said preview picture based on the node/forum, in which the thread has been posted?
