Transfering items and coins from my old (inactive) profile to my new one.

I have recently started a CO-OP with my friend but i would like to transfer all my items from my old profile to my new one.
My old one has almost 1,5B worth of items and coins and was wondering if this is allowed since on the rules i found confusing things:

Positive: "allow items to be moved from a profile no longer in use for themselves on a new profile"
Confusing/Negative "Trading across profiles is allowed as long as it is not abusive and does not boost profiles with specific materials...
