"Travel to Hub Island" hologram still visible after removing

I removed the hub island portal,

and placed a rift portal in its place. The hologram from the hub portal is overlapping the holo for the rift portal. Is there any way I can remove it? I've tried relogging, moving out of island and back, but nothing seems to work. Any help?
