Reason: The current version of the plugin on Blackspigot doesn't support Minecraft 1.16.4, and fails to load when you start the server. Because 1.16.4 will most likely be the last iteration of Minecraft 1.16 and 1.17 doesn't release until 2021, we're stuck with this Minecraft version for awhile and should consider updating this plugin and many others to it (As opposed to skipping the version like many did with earlier versions).
