Tying Accessories to every Skills

Hello community!

This thread is about connecting Accessory System to all skills instead of current combat only one.

According to SkyBlock Wiki, Accessories are items that can be found throughout SkyBlock whilst doing a myriad of different tasks that can affect a player's power.
While it actually grant significant power on Combat, it doesn't grant player any power related to other Skills such as Mining/Farming.
