Uh why cant i use lunar client my microsoft account is at elast 18 yrs old

i cant use lunar even tho im sure that my microsoft account is at least 18 yrs old (probably 32 rn) but whyyyyy

now i regret migrating my mc account

I dont want to update my age status in microsoft what other ways can i do

I just downloaded lunar so theres no point reinstalling it again ig
