UHC, the gamemode forgotten by staff

So I've just been wondering what's the point on requiring migrated accounts to play UHC if it changed nothing at all. Same amount of bhoppers and cheaters. Also, what's the point of removing forum reports if the staff never solves my in-game reports? I'm pretty sure I wdred the same kids for blatantly teaming and bhopping 10 times, and they are still ruining my UHC games.
