Unban Appeal (It wouldn't let me appeal normally)

I think it's the 3rd time I am making a ban appeal for this MC account (the other ones were on a different hypixel.net account I just couldn't find the login details). So, if I remember correctly if you get banned on your server more than 2 times you cannot be unbanned again. I understand that this is a rule but I beg you to listen to me and read my text.
