Sorry, Sans, but I have to give the top spot to Undyne. Sans’ attacks are all about maneuvering and memory, but Undyne’s attacks are all about fast tapping and staying calm. And when millions of spears are being hurled at you per second, that “staying calm” bit is super difficult.
