Unexpected behaviour: new posts shows content by ignored member

The new posts page displays new posts by ignored members. IMHO this should be hidden, because it is pointless to show new posts that the user does not want to see. if the user opens the page, they will only see old content and if the ignored content is on a new page, the user will land on an empty page without content. The user can do nothing with the page except leave it. Which is very confusing to the user and is experienced as buggy.

The same issue was considered a bug in this report...
