Unpopular opinion: nicking should be removed for players under network level 150+. The main reason for the level (I could have set to 250 or something) is that most sweats are above NWL 100 (which is one of the requirements for sweaty guilds like The Abyss) but also allowing a bit of leniency, encouraging players to play more.
