Update for wither/blood keys pickup mechanics.

This one is nice and simple.

When you are finished clearing a dungeon room (either all the star mobs, minibosses or both in some case), make it so they wither/blood key and blessings are automatically collected, as sometimes mobs die to lava, or the key is in a weird spot that's quite hard to pick up.

The reason I believe this would be a good change is because blood rushing is an important aspect of late game dungeon teams, and this would make this task simply a bit less frustrating...
