Update to the Dungeon Equip Test

tl;dr - Dom Belt is better than Adap Belt at not high power. So the meta dungeon eq is 3/4 dung 1/4 dom belt.

people wanted to see tests for 1/4 dom with snipe and necron boots , and i already know soulweaver glove and sa cloak for sure is better than dom.
surprisingly with a high speed attribute you get more cc than you lose from not using adaptive belt.
